At Precision, we understand the advancement in vehicle technologies, more importantly the latest autonomous safety systems, know as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). These systems play a vital role in reducing road collisions and passenger safety.
ADAS does this by alerting drivers of potential hazards and in certain situations take control of the vehicle to avoid collisions. It can also assist with other features, such as adaptive cruise control and parking aids, with the use of onboard cameras and radars.
It is imperative to passenger safety, these systems are correctly maintained and calibrated to the manufacturers standards after maintenance/repairs. This could involve the need to remove a bumper carrying the radar sensor or camera equipment, during a windscreen replacement (with cameras fitted) or any suspension and steering components that require a wheel alignment to be carried out.
To meet these ever evolving demands, Precision has put training and tooling needed at the forefront of our continued development. This enables us to carry out routine servicing and support all Porsche models, including the diagnosis and repair of all ADAS systems.
